A remarkable Chenin Blanc from 30 year-old vines on Jurassic limestone. Impeccable farming and sorting followed by a whopping 20 months in barrel. The complexity from time in barrel is balanced by the tension of the acidity that with time will meld elegantly with the citrus and mineral core.

It is delicious now, but it is a great candidate for laying down in your cellar for a handful of years.
