100% Lístan Negro from the La Habanera parcel of 100+ year-old vines at 620m above sea level. Wines from this area have an intense volcanic expression and this is particularly true of this cuveé. Saline and smoky with very concentrated volcanic notes. Strawberry fruit is balanced with fine tannins and refreshing acidity.
